About This Coffee

A washed Pink Bourbon from Francy Castillo's 'El Uberrimo' in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia. Francy began producing her own coffee at her fathers farm, having learned processing from local town expert Frank Torres (of another coffee available today's fame). Her Pink B is bright and balanced, hitting us with delicate florals up front reminding us of lime blossom, peach and red spice!
