About This Coffee
A washed 'Bourbon Elite' from Diego Baraona's 'Los Pirineos' in Pecapa-Chinameca, Usulutan, El Salvador. The Baraona family produce some of the sweetest coffees we taste every year, defining their Honduran terroir with their own stamp of clean and clear coffees. This Bourbon comes from the oldest and hardiest coffee trees on their farm, categorised as 'Bourbon Elite' due to their unique heritage and flavour profile. We found a classically sweet Bourbon here, reminding us of nectarine and peach in a high clarity, chunky, crisp and clean profile! Yum yum
