Cardamom Bun is DAK's nod to a Scandinavian bakery classic—built around a co-fermented Caturra that leans warm, spiced, and gently sweet without tipping into full-on decadence. Having been carefully sealed and infused with cardamom, cinnamon, and orange during fermentation, the cup opens with fragrant baking spice and funky citrus aromatics. A rounded, dough-like sweetness sits underneath, giving the profile a baked quality that feels more pastry than sugar. Expect a smooth and well-composed body with a lingering and lightly-spiced finish, leaving bellies warm and humming for more.
