About This Coffee

When talking about Ethiopia, here is the coffee that reflects this wonderful land! To begin with, great floral notes that remind of jasmine... then comes an initial acidity that recalls bergamot and, immediately after, an evident note of citric acidity. At this point the evolution turns towards sweetness, with elegant and clean notes dictated by floral and fruity flavors.

Description: Quando si parla di Etiopia, ecco il caffè che rispecchia questa meravigliosa terra! Per cominciare, grandissime note floreali che ricordano il gelsomino… poi arriva un'acidità iniziale che richiama il bergamotto e, subito dopo, un'evidente nota di acidità citrica. A questo punto l'evoluzione vira verso la dolcezza, con note eleganti e pulite dettate da flavor floreali e fruttati.
