From the Charcho village in Arbegona, this coffee is very special. Generally, it takes about 7-10 days for the aroma and taste to develop well. This one requires 10-15 days. When tasting, at low temperatures, there is a captivating floral aroma, different from the wildness of other Ethiopian naturals. This coffee is calm and introspective, with excellent continuity, offering different tasting experiences at high, medium, and low temperatures.
