About This Coffee

A dynamic blend of Yellow & Red Pacamara, grown by Luis Rodriguez and Gloria Rodriguez in the volcanic highlands of western El Salvador. The Yellow lot was dry processed for tropical sweetness; the Red lot washed for balance and lift. Together, they create a vibrant cup that sings with notes of grapefruit, hibiscus, lemon, strawberry, nutmeg, cream, raspberry, and chocolate.
