Pacamara hybrid from Pacas (Bourbon family) and Maragogipe (Typica family) with large beans and complex aromas. Grown at 1600 meters in shade-grown. The roast profile is slower and fuller to emphasize darker flavors. Versatile, especially as espresso and filter coffee.
