About This Coffee

Our first organic coffee is full-bodied, soft, and features a unique sweet-acid interplay. Through particularly gentle and light roasting, this coffee reveals flavor notes of cream and toffee, which bring a sweet aroma. We use 100% Arabica beans from the Madriz region of Nicaragua. This region is known for its significant role in the country's coffee industry. Located in the northern part of Nicaragua, Madriz borders Honduras, where a diverse microclimate with varying altitudes and soil conditions prevails. The cooler temperatures and rich soils promote slower ripening of the coffee cherries. This slow ripening allows the cherries to develop complex flavors that make Madriz coffee unique. This coffee is perfect for hand filter, filter machine, French press, and fully automatic machines.
