These conditions, paired with rich volcanic soil, give the coffee its vibrant and layered character. Grown on a small, carefully managed farm by Ruby Esperanza Urbano, this lot is 100% Caturra and processed with precision — including a 30-hour underwater fermentation that adds clarity and complexity to the cup. Ruby Esperanza delivers a vivid profile: buttery popcorn richness, a tropical twist of guava, and a bright, floral lift of hibiscus. A striking expression of Nariño's high-altitude terroir.
