About This Coffee
Juan José Huillca's Bourbon coffee from Finca Cedruyoc in the Calca subregion of Cusco, Peru. Grown at 1,850 metres on a 2.5-hectare steep, rocky farm. Double fermentation process (84 hours total) with careful drying on covered raised beds. Known for vibrant fruit-forward notes and natural sweetness with juicy acidity.
