Peru is a major coffee-producing country in South America, flanked by the mighty Andes. This coffee is grown by smallholder producers at elevations between 1200 – 1400 masl and constitutes a regional-grade lot sourced from Falcon’s Moyobamba hub. Roasted slowly to caramelize the sugars and build body in the cup, this coffee has a raisin sweetness and deep cocoa body, with a delicious note of roasted almond that endures long in the lasting finish.
