Brazil Fazenda Chapadão
About This Coffee
Nutty Notes and Delicate Sweetness——THE Brazilian Coffee. It possesses a distinctly Brazilian nutty aroma, with a light acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, followed by a delicate sweetness in the aftertaste, akin to peach or honey. Fazenda Chapadão is a family-run coffee farm located in the Sehado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at an altitude of approximately 1,200metres. In 2008, brothers Gustavo and Rodrigo transitioned from dairy farming to begin coffee cultivation. They now primarily grow multiple varieties including Catuaí, Paraíso, and Bourbon. The family of four handles everything from harvest to drying and packing, focusing on quality control through a natural processing method. Transparent pricing and high traceability enable direct trade with overseas markets such as Slovakia and Taiwan.
