About This Coffee

The coffee has a fresh acidity like blueberry, pear and lemon, with the sweetness of rosehips. The owner of the farm, Tamir Gizau, was born into a coffee farming family and has taken over the farm for several years. The farm is surrounded by shade created by various trees, and the coffee absorbs the fertile nutrients of the forest to grow. All harvesting is done by hand, and unripe beans are hand-picked again during the process.
