About This Coffee

Hartmann family has been operating a coffee farm in Santa Clara, western Panama, for three generations, with the philosophy of 'Growing coffee in harmony with the environment', as its first priority. A regular Best of Panama winner, won the 1st place in 2020 and again in 2021, the Natural lot was awarded 2nd place and the Washed lot 3rd place. This is almost same lot as its Natural lot. From the moment the beans are ground, floral and perfume like aroma flourishes. You will find violet, melon and tropical fruit while warm, and sweet lemon and strawberry shortcake flavours as the coffee cools. It is a complex yet very clean coffee that can be enjoyed all the way through.
