About This Coffee

Micro lot produced in two communities in the Callayuc area, near the beautiful cloud and mist forests and wetlands of the Cuterbo National Park, where Puente means 'bridge' and Solaya is the hill that separates these two communities. The area is close to the Andes Mountains and the equator, and has a mild and temperate climate with an average annual rainfall of 800 mm and temperature of 14°C. The coffee is of very high quality, with fertile land and rich vegetation. This washed process takes more than 48 hours of fermentation, which is probably why it has a very creamy texture. It has an acidity similar to red apple or nectarine and a tangerine-like sweetness. It is a beautiful coffee with a walnut-like flavour that softly spreads in the aftertaste.
