About This Coffee

Luz Helena is the matriarch of a titanic coffee family- the partner of renowned producer Jairo Arcila who sparked the passion of the family, and mother to Carlos and Felipe who founded Cofinet. Hearing of Jairo's experience on coffee farms and operating a dry mill, she was inspired to explore the industry for herself, which has ultimately led to her running her own farm- Maracay. Once ripe coffee cherries are picked, they are brought to La Pradera for processing by Cofinet.
