About This Coffee

The Milan Microlot is a very special specialty coffee. Julio Madrid from the Finca Milan in Colombia is known for innovative and extremely precise processing methods. This coffee is "inoculated" with selected microorganisms and fermented under nitrogen influence - i.e. in an oxygen-poor environment. This ensures precise control and an exciting flavor development. The coffee is freshly roasted for the order, hand-roasted in Bremen.
