About This Coffee
A striking expression of high-elevation Ethiopian terroir produced by smallholder farmers near Teraga. Named after the indigenous Laayyoo tree whose nutrient-rich leaf litter nourishes the soil. Cherries harvested between 2200–2350 meters, delivered at night to Haro Wachu drying station. Two distinct simultaneous drying protocols used—single-layer drying for clarity and structure, double-layer drying for deeper fermentation flavors and juicier profile.
