Finca El Mirador

About This Coffee

Finca El Mirador is a small 1.5 hectare farm owned by Lismarlen Giraldo. She manages the farm and processes all coffee on site using their small hand pulper and fermentation tanks. The farm is planted with Colombia F8 varietal and is located in Montalvo, Tolima. Coffee is carefully hand harvested to select only ripe cherry, fermented for 36 hours then pulped and fermented a second time for 36 hours. The coffee is then washed to remove the mucilage and dried on raised tables.
