We've selected this stunning microlot from friends at La Karola to be featured as our Christmas single origin. Cherry was hand harvested from Catuai varietal trees and laid to dry on raised tables under cover. All processing takes place on the family farm and they have full control of the product from tree to the finished dried cherry.
