About This Coffee

From the much loved El Mirador farm in Huila Colombia, this coffee is a signature of their style. Combining their renowned processing with traditional high yielding Colombian varietals means they can get out a sum greater than they put in. We've snagged a Caturra/Colombia Natural through importer Condesa. We went looking for some natural process coffees which embrace modern, ferment heavy style but maintain good cup structure and balance. This lot delivered on both fronts proving fermenty enough to stand out without developing any savoury or otherwise undesirable traits. We're very happy with the balance that this coffee shows and want you to be able to experience it too!
