About This Coffee

We've got another belter from Alejo Castro Kahle, famed for his work at Volcan Azul. Coffees picked at Hacienda La Union are taken to Volcan Azul for processing and, in the cup, you can certainly tell. The immaculate fermentation of this Caturra adds character, fruitiness and the signature cup texture Alejo is known for. We enjoy this coffee however it comes; filter, espresso or in milk. It's the kind of coffee we love to buy and we're always glad to share Alejo's coffees with the world.
