About This Coffee

Peruvian coffee can be truly excellent and when we cupped this coffee in the roastery we were impressed. This is a great example of the complexity and balance that the cooler and higher climates in Peru can achieve. This cup has a bright and snappy acidity, a tonne of yellow fruit character and a pleasant light, caramel flavoured note to round things out.
