Guatemalan classic in its best form. Guatemala Acatenango combines cacao, halva, and forest berries into a cohesive, well-known, yet pleasantly complex profile. In the cup, chocolate and dried fruits appear. Smooth, buttery texture with medium intensity. This coffee doesn't need to prove anything — it has been with us for years, and many come back for it. It has always been at Kafar, as has the relationship with the Perez family, with whom we have been cooperating uninterrupted since 2018, and this is exactly what you can taste in the cup — stable quality and consistency that cannot be replicated.
