About This Coffee

Finca Aquiares is the largest coffee farm in Costa Rica, founded in 1890 and located on the fertile slopes of Turrialba Volcano. The farm is CO₂-neutral and focuses on specialty coffee with ecological innovation. This Red Honey processing from the Centroamericano H1 hybrid variety combines high yields with rust resistance and an elegant, complex cup profile. The retained mucilage during drying creates sweet, multi-layered aromas.
