About This Coffee

Finca La Esperanza has been managed by the Pacas family since 2010. Since 2012, the farm has been completely replanted. For this purpose, it was divided into 18 lots, each growing a different coffee in the form of a varietal garden. The name Pacas has been closely associated with coffee cultivation in El Salvador for over 150 years (now in the 5th generation), especially in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. It is also the namesake of the Pacas variety, which was identified in 1949 on one of the family's farms. The highly professional work is reflected in the excellent quality, which is awarded annually as part of the Cup of Excellence.
