About This Coffee
Finca La Esperanza has been managed by the Pacas family since 2010. Since 2012, the farm has been completely replanted. For this purpose, it was divided into 18 lots, each growing a different coffee in the form of a varietal garden. The name Pacas has been closely associated with coffee cultivation in El Salvador for over 150 years (now in the 5th generation), especially in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. It is also the namesake of the Pacas variety, which was identified in 1949 on one of the family's farms. The highly professional work is reflected in the excellent quality, which is awarded annually as part of the Cup of Excellence.

- Die Finca La Esperanza wird seit 2010 von der Familie Pacas bewirtschaftet. Seit 2012 wird die Farm komplett neu bepflanzt. Dafür wurde sie in 18 Lots aufgeteilt, auf jedem wird in Form eines Varietätengartens ein anderer Kaffee angebaut. Der Name Pacas ist seit über 150 Jahren (inzwischen in der 5. Generation) eng mit dem Kaffeeanbau in El Salvador verbunden, besonders in der Region Apaneca-Ilamatepec. Sie ist unter anderem auch Namensgeberin der Varietät Pacas, die 1949 auf einer Farm der Familie identifiziert wurde. Die hochprofessionelle Arbeit spiegelt sich in der exzellenten Qualität wider, die jährlich im Rahmen des Cup of Excellence ausgezeichnet wird.
