Setamo is a washed Heirloom from Sidamo, Ethiopia, cultivated by over 550 dedicated smallholder farmers. Handpicked at high altitude and carefully sun-dried, this coffee reflects the elegance and precision of its origin. Clean and floral, it presents bright apricot, juicy mandarin, and delicate Darjeeling-like notes, with a refined, silky mouthfeel.
