About This Coffee

Atarr, which means "great giant" in Yanesha, comes from the Osopen farm in the Comunidad Nativa El Palomar, where Gino Marin Ciriaco operates this 16.5 hectare farm. The farm is located at the foot of the Guapen mountain at an altitude of 1770 meters and is known for its frequent fogs. In the processing, the degree of ripeness of the cherries was first determined during the harvest using a refractometer. After a 12-hour rest period, the cherries dried for 30 days on drying beds. The coffee convinces with a creamy finish.
