Nicaragua Selva Negra Decaf Filter. This single origin decaf comes from the La Hammonia farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. The farm is part of a broader eco-village on Selva Negra land, owned and operated by Maui and Eddy, generational coffee farmers. The decaf process used is the mountain water process, which preserves the original flavor characteristics of the bean and is completely chemical-free. In this coffee, we find goji berries and brown sugar.
