This special release pushes the Colombian washed component further into development, unlocking deeper cocoa structure and a fuller body — transforming soft milk chocolate into rich, velvety dark chocolate. The result? Chocolate-dipped strawberries with a bassline. Jammy, expressive fruit from Edwin Noreña’s experimental lot in Quindío meets a darker, moodier Huila base developed for depth and resonance. Sweet, seductive, and layered.
