About This Coffee
SL 28 variety from Kenya grown at Hacienda Sonora at the foot of Poás volcano in Costa Rica. Natural processing brings out vibrant profile with tropical fruit notes and fine sweetness. Hand-picked cherries, water sorted, dried 9 days on patios, mechanically dried at max 35°C, rested 2 months, then carefully sorted by weight, size, density and color.
