About This Coffee

At the Chelbesa wet mill, ripe cherries are meticulously sorted before undergoing 36-72 hours of fermentation in concrete tanks. The coffee is then washed clean and dried slowly on African raised beds for 8-12 days, with careful shading and regular turning to ensure even drying and preserve cup clarity. This patient and controlled process results in a cup that feels vibrant yet composed. Expect delicate jasmine florals, juicy nectarine sweetness and a soft sugarcane finish, all carried by a tea like elegance and balanced structure. A beautifully classic washed Ethiopian, clean, floral and endlessly drinkable.
