About This Coffee

Chocoloco is processed through a carefully monitored anaerobic washed protocol. After meticulous cherry selection, the harvest undergoes 70–80 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by a gentle wash and controlled drying for 5–10 days. The result is an espresso that's clean yet adventurous, marrying classic structure with an almost confectionery intensity.
