The process begins with pre-soaking the green coffee beans to expand them for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution of concentrated coffee solubles that gently draw out the caffeine while preserving the coffee's unique flavor compounds. Once caffeine removal is complete, the coffee is re-dried, re-bagged, and ready for its journey to your cup. This decaf delivers a creamy body with indulgent notes of chocolate and red fruit, complemented by a honey-like sweetness that lingers delightfully on the palate.
