Crown Jewel is a special coffee produced by the Rugori (Women's Crown) Cooperative of Gasharu Coffee in the Macuba Sector, Nyamasheke District, Western Province, Rwanda. This gorgeous coffee features the rare Red Bourbon varietal, paired with an Anaerobic Washed process, resulting in a cup that is very light on the palate: tea-like, sweet, floral, and slightly funky.
