This delightful, washed Parainema was produced by Juan Evangelista Fernandez, a young-at-heart coffee producer with around 70 years of experience in coffee farming. Filter coffee: Floral hibiscus-like notes, sweet acidity of pear cider, and candied lemons with underlying soft, buttery macadamia notes. Espresso: Juicy and sweet with bright acidity and notes of lemon curd and pears. Cappuccino / Flat White: Sweet and fruity with poached pears and hibiscus-like floral notes.
