About This Coffee

Experimental lot grown by Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Mónica in Quindío, Colombia. Castillo coffee with experimental fermentation process. Cherries exposed to 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with pulp on, cinnamon sticks and wine yeast added. Perfect way to flash your mind back to walking around a Christmas market, eating churros, or buying a bag of mini cinnamon sugar donuts.
