About This Coffee

Clean, well-fruited washed caturra. Farmer Luis Ángel Mendez operates the farm with his wife and two sons. Ripe cherries were density sorted, depulped and fermented in open tanks for 48 hours. After washing, dried on shaded beds for 18-24 days, turning six times per day.
