About This Coffee
A combo of Caturra and Variedad Colombia varieties from Finca San Antonio. Ripe cherries were density sorted, depulped and fermented in tanks for 42 hours, then washed and dried on shaded beds for 16-20 days. Eminently drinkable cup with clean anaerobic processing.
