At the Mutheru washing station, only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and meticulously processed through careful fermentation, density grading, and slow drying on raised beds. The result is a bright, complex, and expressive coffee that reflects both the region's rich agricultural heritage and the dedication of its farmers.
