Milan farm, which has been used in numerous world competitions including the Barista Championships, is one of Colombia's representative coffee farms. Nitro Wash is a technology developed by Cafe Uba, where coffee after pulping is fermented with must and starter culture in a bioreactor. Fermentation proceeds under strict management, and drying is performed using African beds and machines.
