About This Coffee

This Pacamara from Las Moritas stood out for its very clean and 'purple' flavour profile. We tried really hard but couldn't find a better way than to describe the flavours as being purple, specifically the kind of raspberry flavor you find in the Belgian Cuberdon sweets. It hits the spot for that fruit forward cup while still being a clean, washed coffee. The creamy body, especially as espresso, only adds to its complexity.
