This coffee shows another facet of Dylan Aguilera's work – this time from his Finca Toño. An extraordinary Geisha that impressively demonstrates how much precision and care goes into processing. Together with our roaster, Dylan consciously chose natural processing. The goal: maximum sweetness, more body and a silky mouthfeel, without losing the elegant clarity of the variety.
