About This Coffee

Full & rich, lemongrass, black tea. Wildan’s coffees have long challenged expectations of Indonesian cup profiles, with a processing approach that continues to push beyond convention. During the roast, we extend development after the initial soak phase, encouraging prolonged caramelisation to maximise sweetness while preserving vibrancy and subtle red fruit notes in the cup. The result is a layered coffee, with notes of cooked rhubarb and black tea on the finish, delivering a balanced and expressive brewing experience.
