About This Coffee
Big and rich. A milk chocolate body with sweet mulberries and purple grape acidity. Hand-picked only when perfectly ripe, El Sol's cherries ferment for 24 hours in the pickers' bags before drying whole on raised beds for 25 days. Grown at 1650 MASL on Finca El Rincón in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, this natural lot reflects the Vides family's generations of dedication since 1958. The careful process yields a bold, expressive cup: a rich milk chocolate body balanced by sweet mulberries and the bright, juicy lift of purple grape acidity.
