About This Coffee

Chocoloco is a carefully selected specialty coffee project from Cata Export featuring washed Colombian beans with distinct notes of chocolate and sweet fruits. Each edition is numbered and undergoes strict selection criteria. Only fully ripe cherries are harvested, followed by 48 hours of controlled fermentation after pulping for added complexity, and slow, gentle drying to enhance sweetness, chocolate and fruit notes.
