Decaffeinated single origin from Colombia with complex flavor profile. Carefully sorted cherries undergo 48-hour oxidation, 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with mother culture starter, thermal shock washing, and sun drying. Decaffeinated using ethyl acetate method derived from fermented sugarcane.
