This is our first year working with German (heir-mahn) Peña. He has produced stunning coffees over the years. This particular lot is the 4th place Copa de Oro western regionals. We are honoured and thrilled to showcase this spectacular Pink Bourbon. This is an extra-light roast variant of our German Peña Pink Bourbon. Extra-light roasts are only recommended for those who prefer this style as they generally sacrifice initial intensity and sweetness for clarity.
