About This Coffee

We've been working with Diego Bermudez for years now, but this is our second time featuring a coffee from the Hachi Coffee Project. This Panama Geisha is exceptionally produced with precision, and in his words, "achieving vibrant clarity, enhanced florality, and structure without overripe notes — a method that lets nature speak, but with a scientist’s timing." This coffee is very limited.
