Finca Las Flores is led by brothers Diego and Jhoan Vergara—third generation coffee producers blending tradition and innovation. Jhoan has become renowned for meticulous coffee processing and varietal cultivation. Originally founded in 1990 by their parents, Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure, the Las Flores legacy is carried on with the new generation's pursuit of exploration and excellence. The processing on this Java varietal includes a controlled 36-48hr ferment followed by a thermal shock and wash process.
